Content
The course comprises three structured sessions, each building on the last, to guide you forward in a clear, linear progression. Each session includes a theoretical framework, real-life examples to deepen your understanding, and practical exercises designed to help you gather personal insights and define your own goals.
Session 1 Defining the Problem – You'll gather essential data and insights to clarify which aspects of your current role you want to change, and why those changes matter to you.
Session 2 Creating Solutions – You’ll define the kind of change you seek, explore alternative ways to achieve it—ranging from minimal adjustments to more significant shifts—and generate new ideas to improve your current professional situation.
Session 3 Starting The Change – Based on factors like urgency and your upcoming schedule, you'll identify concrete next steps and build a personalized action plan.
General Expectations

Live Group Course. To support individual progress in a diverse group with varying backgrounds and incomes (50K–500K), participants remain muted during live sessions and can submit questions online via chat or email. After completing the course, personalized feedback is available upon request, with the instructor reviewing worksheets and providing tailored written guidance on next steps.
